Below is some information about our needs and us as a heads up for you in addition to some general questions we will need answered. Please include any additional questions in your email request.
SPACE and PARKING
Our truck is 27 feet long and 8.5 feet wide with the service window on the driver’s side. It is often helpful to have a space marked off for us to park.
CROWD SIZE / FOOD VENDORS
Please let us know how many people you expect at your event. It is helpful for us to have a minimum and maximum number of attendees expected. Also, how many food vendors do you plan on having?
ELECTRICITY vs. GENERATOR
We typically operate with a generator. It is ideal, however, to be able to plug in to an electrical socket. We have a 4-prong 50-amp plug in capability or a 4-prong 30-amp twist lock plug in capability. Please let us know if plugging in is a possibility. If it is not an option, we can use our generator. Please be aware, however, that this is most often not ideal for situations where there will be live music, a DJ, a speaker, outdoor events, etc.
We normally try to arrive on-site for an event approximately 45-60 minutes in advance. This gives us ample time to park, set up and heat up the grill in time for the start of service.
