We will be hanging around the Durham Farmers Market today selling melts & grilled cheeses. Thursday evening we will be with the Slade Development Group for a party they are throwing! We love parties.
Friday night we will be serving the amazing fans of the Zac Brown Band. Two special sandwiches will be featured; the Beer N’ Bacon Melt, which is a take on rarebit and the Buffalo Blitz, which is a buffalo chicken style melt with pepper jack cheese.

The last 14 days was wild! We did a 24 hour event (pic posted/taken at 4am) a bunch of lunches, CarpeDurham wrote about us, we met lots of new people, 2 food truck rodeos and the Sugarland concert at the Time Warner Music Pavilion where we will be for every concert on their schedule!
Some friends that I used to work with at Felice Wine Bar in Manhattan drove down to visit and ended up working the truck all weekend…so it goes when you visit a new business! A big thank you to Gianni, Jesse & Jake who drove through the night, worked the Sugarland concert all night on no sleep, crashed, woke up 4 hours later to work the ‘Bites for Civil Rights Rodeo’ in Durham Central Park on Sunday, then drove back to NYC afterwards. American Meltdown Thanks You! Send those pics!!

We are pumped to announce that we will be attending Durham’s Full Frame Documentary Film Festival all weekend. There is a special Saturday night showing off of all the Food Trucks from Durham’s Cookery. A new addition will be ‘Sympathy for the Deli’ Come check out what local is all about.
